Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on orders $100+ within the contiguous United States. If you qualify for free shipping, we will select the carrier and shipping method based on your location. We cannot guarantee arrival times or specify a carrier with this rate, but generally, you can expect to receive your shipment within 5-7 business days. Orders are generally processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Holidays, peak sales, and other extenuating circumstances may alter your shipment timeframe.

Orders ship from our warehouse in Watertown, New York. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to freight forwarding companies at this time. Please contact hey@lepuzz.com as soon as possible with any requests. We are unable to make changes or cancellations after we have started the shipment process, but we will do our best.
