What is Le Puzz?

Welcome to the world of Le Puzz. We love jigsaw puzzles! We collect them, we do them with friends and family, we give them away and trade them when we’re finished. We especially love collecting vintage puzzles from the 60s, 70s and 80s with an odd sense of humor. We love old puzzle box illustrations, silly copy, weird jigsaw shapes and of course interesting images. There really isn't anything like that feeling of finishing a puzzle and running you hand over it, then trying to pick it up off the table in one piece. We started Le Puzz with all of this in mind and set out to create a puzzle experience that we thought was fun and we hope you enjoy as well. Join us as we get lost, zone out, look for edge pieces, make a snack, laugh, focus and hopefully find our inner piece.

When I can expect to hear from you?

Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 9am-6pm EST. We will be in touch as soon as we can. Please allow 1-3 business days for a reply.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Le Puzz accepts all major credit cards, Paypal, AfterPay, ApplePay and ShopPay.

The puzzle I want is sold out. What do I do?

Please sign up for our newsletter! Our newsletter subscribers are the first to know about back in stock notifications and new arrival announcements.

I’d like to place a bulk order of puzzles. Can I do that?

Um, great idea! If you are having issues placing a bulk order through our site please email us at hey@lepuzz.com and we’d be happy to assist.

What do I do if I have a problem with my order, or need to cancel it?

OMG that’s the worst! Please email us at hey@lepuzz.com and we’ll make it right.

What is your return policy?

You can find our return policy here.

What if I need to change my order?

Please email us at hey@lepuzz.com as soon as you can if you would like to change your order and we'll do our best to process your request. Please note that Le Puzz is unable to accommodate changes orders once a shipping label has been created.

What if my puzzle was lost or stolen?

Nooooo we hate to hear it! If your item was marked as delivered but has not arrived, please allow a few additional business days for it to arrive. Packages are frequently scanned as delivered when in fact they are still en route.

Regarding lost or stolen items we’re very sorry but Le Puzz is unable to replace lost or stolen packages. Please triple check that you are using the correct mailing address and track your shipment to reduce the risk of errors. We recommend that you reach out directly to the courier to file a claim for your package in the event that it is lost.

I’d love to know a bit more about the artwork on one of your puzzles?

We create most of the puzzle imagery ourselves in-house but occasionally we will collaborate with an artist. If you’d like more information about a particular puzzle please email us at hey@lepuzz.com. We also share stories and behind the scenes info on our blog, Bits + Pieces.

Orders

How soon will my order arrive once placed?

Once an order is successfully placed, processing may take up to 48-72 hours, with most orders shipping sooner than that. Once your package leaves our fulfillment center, transit time will vary depending on your location.

We offer standard (4-6 business days), rush (2-3 business days) and overnight (if order is placed by noon EST) shipping.

For Alaska and Hawaii only standard shipping is available, taking between 6-10 days.

Where you do you currently ship?

We currently ship to all 50 states in the USA

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide.

We offer a a $10 Flat Rate to Canada and $20 Flat Rate to the rest of the globe.

Where can I find your products?

Le Puzz products are only available through our official website. We are not sold through any other retailer online or in stores.

Can I modify or cancel my order once it's placed?

Once an order is confirmed, chances are that our team has already started working on getting it out to you. This quick processing means it can be difficult to catch and change an order after it has been submitted, though we are happy to try. Please email lepuzz.com as soon as possible and we'll see whether or not modifications can still be made.

Do you offer gift cards, notes, or wrapping?

We do not offer gift cards, notes, or wrapping at this time.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Absolutely, we love PO Boxes!

How much will it cost to ship my puzzle?

We do our best to keep our shipping prices low and fair. For more shipping info please see our -----> shipping and returns page.

Wholesale

Can I sell Le Puzz in my store?

Le Puzz currently works with a just few select brick and mortar retail partners. Please feel free to get in touch with us at wholesale@lepuzz.com and we can send you more details.
